In Italy, trattorias are found both in the heart of the city and in the country. No matter the location, a trattoria is – in essence – a small, family-run restaurant.
Our family came to be several years ago when we all worked together at Pampas Steakhouse and it was our collective vision to ultimately create a restaurant that honored the traditions of regional Italian cuisine and celebrated loud voices, full flavors and the gift of family and friends.
