to our kitchen!

So what happens when we send our Pastry Chef, Michelle, to Italy to study Italian cuisine? She meets two fabulous Italian chefs at 1-star Michelin Il Buco Ristorante in Sorrento and invites them to come back to America. Please join us in welcoming chefs Claudio Esposito and Vincenzo Balzano and their amazing cuisine to the kitchen of Trattoria 141.

Vincenzo will delight you with his nightly specials and amazing raviolis and Claudio will tempt you with traditional Italian desserts that you will not be able to resist!
